What's Your SEO Process for a New Page?

Hello Guys,

Everytime I create a new page on one of my sites I do a number of things:
  • Standard social media likes (just by myself 1 account)
  • Create a couple of backlinks from places like Squidoo
  • Find some guest post opportunities

It's not particularly structured of methodical so I wondered if any of the forum members would like to share their process over the first couple of months in terms of how that apply SEO to a new page of content.

Would be interesting for me to get any feedback if you can.

    Hi,

    Here is what I do-

    1) publish to social media
    2) send out to my list
    3) setup relevant Google Alerts
    4) setup relevant BuzzBundle monitors
    5) publish and respond to initial wave of comments

    Hi,

Try to increase your followers and follow different people, they might share your link as well. Try to get links from high authority sites like Tumblr, etc.
Also what you mentioned about Guest posting is really good. Try to post on relevant niche sites.
