Thanks for your replay, I meant the niche itself not the people.

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

        She answered your question....

Health is an evergreen niche, meaning it's always good.

Every niche worth being in is saturated.

I don't think people will ever stop searching for the solution to their problems. Health is a never ending problem as long as the humankind exists. No matter how advance our technology and how better our medicine gets there will always be some health problems to the human beings.

I hope this answers your questions.

The only way you could call the health niche saturated was if no one was sick anymore or looking for ways to deal with a health issue.

      Is it competitive? Sure.

      Saturated? Never gonna' happen.

It depends on your definition of saturation. They are increasingly becoming competitive and since most of the health niches are already targeted, the monetization is difficult (if that's the kind of saturation you're talking about). But some of them like 'mesothelioma' still have high monetization ability. So you need to research well in 2013. You can even digress a bit and research on health "associated" niches like "mesothelioma lawyers" etc.

Impossible to over saturate any niche. Look at Youtube, 1,000's of cat videos & they all have video views (traffic).

      This.

However, it is best to choose a sub-niche that's newer and therefore not as competitive.

      Example:

Good luck ranking for anything heart disease related....

...but you'll have a chance with peanut allergies or tinnitus.

Health will always be an evergreen niche. The only problem is getting you noticed in the massive jungle thus being a competitive niche. So traffic, traffic, traffic is the key.
