My website is on page 5, How to go page 1?

Hi all warriors....

i currently run a website that now stick on page 5. My website is optimize keyword wothin 2.000.000 competition on the google. I usually update my web twice a week with 500 high quality SEO article.

So how to get it on page 1? and is it possible to get on it within 1-2 month?

    Keep optimizing.

    Analyse page 1 results and mimic their seo metrics.

    AS for getting there 1-2 months..... I dont know, it depends on too many factors.

      I completely agree with this! Look at the websites on page and one and copy what they're doing. If they have 200 articles, you will probably need 200 articles. If they have 100 backlinks, you will probably need 100 backlinks. It's not that cut and dry (because of many other factors) but your site should be comparable if you want Google to at least consider your site to be of similar quality.

        And my question again, how to copy what they're doing. I found that it's very difficult to know what is our competitor SEO strategy or linkbuilding strategy. I have tried many backlink checker website and the result is unreliable.

        Does anyone know how to check our competitor backlink?

    Anyways to the point.

    #1 The 2,000,000 competitors actually don't mean anything the niche could be super easy or super hard and have 30,000,000 competitors the only thing that will ever matter are those on page 1

    As for YOUR website are you building any links?

    Updating your website is great and all and very smart to do regulary so you're on the right track..

    Maybe try some off page SEO now

    and yes it's definitely obtainable within 2 months (given that you're not going after a ridiculous keyword..)

    You need to build high quality backlinks to your website, using anchor text variation. It is best if the backlinks links are: dofollow, on sites that have content relevant to the keywords, and on high PR sites (6+ or higher is ideal).     Backlinks grab you a steady supply of Wiki,Edu and web 2.0s and not just one page spamathon web2.0s
    Also find you some nice sites with the same niche like WIKI and outlink as well.
    Then make sure your inner pages are all linked nicely.
    Lastly when you post your articles Also post images and videos.

    A competition of 2.000.000 on Google is a lot. I guess your keyword is a tough one. You should do guest Posting for that keyword. IT is a nice way to get some boost for your keyword. Also share that page on Twitter, G+ etc. sites.

    Update your blog 3-4 time in a week with good content having perfect on page seo. Don't try bad seo and give some real promotion to your site. like : video marketing, article marketing, blog commenting, bookmarking and Social marketing manually work on these..and get rank... Good Luck..

    Competition analysis is very important part of SEO... You certainly cannot spy on your competitors manually. You need to use some software, like, Keyword Country in order to get detailed strategies of your competitors.

    backlinkwatch can give a high level few of backlinks , there are many paid tools to do competition analysis . Mimic your competitor is a good idea to obtain great rankings. Atleast you get to know what you need to do and can start working towards it.
