Backlinks spike from 1 post?

I wrote a response on a blog- and for whatever reason ahrefs.com found over 130 backlinks for that 1 post,
in the backlink profile it shows all the backlinks are from that site-
Why were so many backlinks created? (My blog comment wasn't something incredible it was quite decent)

Just to add-This is not the only time either, it also happened in the past

Your comment probably ended up in the sidebar because the blog owner had a recent comments sidebar widget installed. Don't panic, they will eventually disappear as new comments push your comment off the sidebar.

Yup I Agree with that some site using recent comment on their side bar so when you submit comment they will spread to all page on the website and google write it down
