How can use multy keyword in same page

I am new in SEO .I have a few question. And that is if I have an IT business and the keyword list is
"Chicago it support
Chicago it consulting
It support Chicago
It consulting Chicago
It services Chicago
Chicago it services"
Look all keywords are almost same and related and their traffic is also almost same.
Now my question is that if I select my root is "Chicago it support" and then I create a page using or focusing this keyword .Others secondary keyword can be used or not just I focus "Chicago it support "for that page and then using other keywords if I create a different page accordingly to use my other secondary keyword and then I redirect all pages to my root keyword page.
Is it make any problem on Google SERP?
I make sure that I will do off page SEO of MY ENTIRE URL with its related keyword to rank all of my keyword. Just when they click my ranked URL, they will redirect my selected URL.
I need to know about that process from experts who has past experience or have knowledge about this.

    As long as all the words are related to the content of the page, then you can use them on the same page. Think of the intent of the searcher and what they may be looking for. If any of your phrases fall into different categories then you should build a separate page for them. I could see “it consulting” being in a different category than the others but I’m not sure about how the target market for these services would think of them (i.e. do they consider “consulting” the same as “support” or help with IT services?
