which traffic strategy should i apply to my GIF site?

hi dudes,
I get about 5000+ funny gifs and published about 500+ to my funny gif site fgif.net. then, i improve the site to allow user/login/register function.
You know there are a lot of gifs site, like gfbin.com, 4gifs.com. but every time you will see same gifs if you go to their site. some of them claim to be updated dialy baise, but it is not true. You have to roll many gifs that you have seen to reach some fresh meat.
One feature of this site is you will see only fresh gif each time you come. The site will record which gifs you have visited. And i simplied the process of register to make it as simple as possible. I guess this is a good strategy to stick users.
To get traffic to my site, i try many niche forum, like dog/cat/pet.
to support niche gif, i develop the tag feature to show dog gif or cat gif only, like this dog gif or cat gif .
but it look like they don' like gif be published to thire forum. some of the thread are deleted or never pass the moderator's eye.
i tried

later, i try the twitter. it is a surpise to me that twtter does not support gif anymore.... (it support stastic gif but not animated gif)
then facebook, it seem fb does not support gif also.
my plan is to keep finding some nich forum which allow gif be published. there is actually some really funny gif niche realtive, like extreme sports baby
can you kindly give some suggestion on where should i put funny gif to ? or any other traffic strategy should be apply to gif site?
