Hi,

I have a couple of questions, which are a bit 'nooby', but please bear with me! :p

I have an affiliate website and need to add an Amazon disclaimer. I have the option to place it in the 'footer widget'. If I do this, do I risk duplicate content issues, as every page will have the same disclaimer text in the footer?

If the above option does cause duplication issues, I could add a 'category' at the top of the page with a 'disclaimer' post I guess. Is there a way to not allow the post to be indexed to avoid it possibly ranking along with my main page?

Or is there a better way than both the above options?!
