I'm on page 1: Now what?! Expert advice needed

Hello guys. I own many micro niche sites built for adsense.

I don't have the time to build everyone and some time ago I decided to focus on two of them, since they were promising. Now I am in a particular situation because I got banned by Adsense -without any reason, while my sites are receiving traffic (20-25 visitors per day).
I am even in page 1 for two good keywords (about 1500+ exact matches).

The problem is that I have no effective monetization method at all!

I am trying Infolinks, CPAlead and Clickbank all together but results so far are discouraging. I can't even pay the hosting with the revenue!

Even if I sold the websites, I am completely newbie in this and I fear I could sell them for an unfair price (I did the onpage SEO by myself, did great internal linking structure, used original-content rich, used premium design and so on, last but not least I spent much time improving them!). I am also not sure where to sell it.

I feel quite frustrated because I did all the hard job and now they have a potential I am unable to develop.

Any advice about it?

Thank you very much for your help!

If you still have niche traffic your still in business, doesn't matter about Google banning the Adsense account.

My advice is either flip the sites & be upfront with what happened (Adsense ban), or sell the traffic for a monthly fee to same niche sites, doesn't have to be sites monetizing with Adsense, just needs to be sites that are obviously trying to monetize traffic. Personally I would think long term & sell the monthly traffic because as long as you have targeted niche traffic, you'll have something to offer.

Snoop around the major SERPs & see which domains are using PPC, find out the average CPC then offer a slightly lower price to the guys spending money on PPC. Don't target major sites that are running PPC.

    Win-Win.

According to SEO Experts Academy video cources, matt carter and terry kyle describe:
Optimization + Conversion = IM Success

so, after you get good position on SERP, now you must learn to convert that traffic into cash..

You could try to develop a product based on what your keywords are, and try to sell that product directly?

That would be time consuming and I do not know if it is worth it.

This is exactly what the thread is about

This is an interesting idea indeed. I would tend to sell the monthly traffic to competitors.
However, if I wanted to sell the sites, which is the price you recommend me? (based on uniques hits per month I suppose, since I don't have a revenue).

Thank you for your replies guys!
