    Are you talking about promoting your services on the display network? If so of course you can. Really the only restrictions are on adult, gambling, tobacco and prescription drugs. Other than those you can promote whatever you want.

      I think the image ads are CPM based and the price depends on your niche and the CTR of the banner!

        I think you can make it work if you have a content rich site that's free of make money online and get rich quick offers.

        If you provide internet marketing services, you shouldn't have any issues.

        Yes, you can still get 1 cent to 5 cent clicks on Google display network. Not likely on top tier countries like US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc. though.

        But if you target international, clicks are crazy cheap and there's an abundance of it.
