Does Google Adwords have a blacklist?

The reason why I asked - recently, my account was suspended for violating policy. I have never had a problem. I get approved 99% of the time first time around.. never had an issue with any of my ads or websites.. (and back in the day - we advertised anything and everything)

Well - I created a new site in the weight loss niche.. and it's a simple report..

Nothing that would violate anything..

Well it was disapproved... and then suspended.

I thought - well that's odd.

For the past 2 weeks, I've been working with a rep at Google, and it turns out that they don't like Empower Network. I was advertising a "free setup" report on how to get setup. (nothing to buy .. no opt-in.. ) It was simply FREE information since people were having problems getting setup. AND when I did advertise - I did get the spillover and looky loo's.

Well they disapproved that report. No big deal. Delete ad.

Well - now the next ad was disapproved.. and then suspended.

So I'm working with the Google manager - and she says that they had a problem with Empower and now the new site should have a BIG disclaimer at the top as a headline.. saying what your privacy policy is.. your medical disclaimer.. (as the headline!)

I find this very out of hand and out of line with other sites who are advertising and was wondering if I'm now on the "list" for bad advertisers.

If you have been suspended from their AdWords then you will not be able to advertise on them again.

Even if you set up a new account if you try to link it to the same funding source then you will probably be found out and that account closed, this may also happen if you try to send traffic to that site through AdWords.

You can try to set up your account with some other email ID and payment method. See if it helps.

Don't use the same credit card as payment option.

And make sure to use different IP addresses in internet connection. And clear browser cookies (especially Adwords).

If you were sending traffic to a site you control, you should be able to make all the necessary corrections they will ask for to get re-instated. But if you were doing Empower Network, don't run that on Adwords again. Google hates bizzops. They will ban you forever for running them.

If you lose your account, find a new traffic source. There's tons of them. If you do a search here on this forum for "paid traffic sources" you find a thread that lists lots of them.

Well, Google is a worldwide tech firm with lots of things to consider to keep the quality of the information they provide to their users. You need to read their TODs and FAQ for Adwords advertisers to avoid usses.
