Help Nail My Next SEO Job Interview

Hello Warriors,
On Monday I'm going for an interview for an SEO Exec position with a big company, they've asked me to prepare a 15minutes presentation and I thought it'll be a good idea to post a thread here and get some ideas, basically what I've been given is as follow:
We are rebuilding What Car's leasing product - http://www.whatcar.com/car-leasing/. I'd like 15 mins outlining what can be improved from a technical perspective based on the current site, identifying issues that we need to fix in the next build, but also what content we should produce to linkbuild and how we should approach linkbuilding for that product. It's a competitive little niche, so I'm looking for creative approaches to building Car Leasing's link profile.
The core of the interview, and what they really want, is someone who has the ability to build relationships with other bloggers and webmasters, basically strong outreaching abilities, bullet point #3 below, but the main questions I'd like your input with are:
