Google dance - Panic much?

Hey, so I know this has been brought up many times. But I noticed a lot of people are posting up threads saying that their sites are above and beyond gone.

Today I was panicking because one of my keywords weren't showing up on RANK CHECKER. I believe a lot of us use that. You know your hearts pump when you type in your domain > KW and the result is - instead of a number lol.

I don't know if you guys do this, because I realized that rank checker isn't all that great; but I do use the Google search engine through my web browser (make sure history is clear) on my laptop and computer manually searching that keyword. I also ask my friends who don't know jack crap about internet marketing to go on Google to check that keyword as well. And then I go on my smart phone to check it as well, and what do you know ? There goes my keyword sitting in between page 1-2.

Unless, of course you guys know a LEGITIMATE pure on rank checking tool then great. But yeah, that's something that worked for me. Using different devices, and asking my friends . I just feel like there really is no need to panic when you use a tool and it says it's not ranked. At the end, it's probably in the border line of page 1-2 or 2-3 or whatever, and that it's just breakdancing its way to the finish line.

WhatsMySERP.com gets their results straight from google and uses private proxies so no history, personalization, cookies, etc to screw with the results. Also if your results fall in the top 25, we pull the results 10 at a time which is exactly how users see them.

    And its free, so not cost to use it as a backup, or your primary.

  • I think that is happen because will come a penguin update and after a PR update.

    Unfortunately nothing is safe even if you use the purest SEO techniques. Google seems to want increasingly more money eliminating from game sites worth rank and putting in place instead of doubtful quality sites.

    The reason is simple: Those who want to rank must to pay advertising aswords !

    Google is no longer a impartial search engine, consequently seek to make a profit!
  • I have a lot people complaining about the SERP's going up and down in the last week. But I never got any major up of down with my rankings. I wonder why people got such differences in their rankings...
