Do you think its worth paying $9 to be put on this web directory? Good for seo? SoMuch.com SEO Friendly Link Directory, Submit Links for Free.

  • Any directory that uses terms like SEO friendly, high PR, Google friendly, etc. I absolutely avoid at all costs.
  • Nope. It's probably fake PR as well. Simply check the subpages - "about us", submit link" etc = all PR0...

    Your link will be also placed on PR0 or PR-N/A page, so it's not worth it...
  • but look at the category URLs.
  • In all honesty, you could probably go onto fiverr, and for $10 get a couple of things done that will have a higher leverage on your promotion efforts...
  • Such directory is just useless.. if you really want to invest something to build than make a link on dmoz, lii etc.
  • Generally speaking web directories no longer have the value they used to. Some paid directories (but only very few) are still valuable link building resources and a listing at 9 USD might prove to be worth it.
  • No don't pay. Just submit for their free option. FYI, google hates paid inclusions on directory listings.

    • Actually, that is completely and utterly wrong. Google likes BOTW (paid inclusion) and Yahoo (paid inclusion).

      Outside of Dmoz and local directories, I would never submit anything that is free.
