Secret Ranking Out There??

Hello Guys, Thanks in advance for whoever replies or shares some contribution. Back in 2010 i had a niche that made me money, i used a website that really didnt show much ranking but the keywords were so much in demand so i bought Xrumer Services which was popular back then and i did keyword optimisation with a few plugins and it paid off. My question now is i left all this to pursue my certificate and i am almost done with it but i also love IM/SEO and i want to come back to my niche. Can someone in all honesty tell me what service or tool or something out there that gets sites ranked in a short while because i know the keyword optimization part of it all but with good content and whatever optimization you can do it will take months sometimes almost years to see reasonable ranking. I have read alot about how ineffective XRumer, SEnuke and other tools that were good back then have all been reduced to almost nothing by the post panda/penguin update so i dont really know what to go for now. I beleive in tools and ranking services since i made alot of money before so i dont need anyone telling me just put good content and manual back linking and just wait. Anyone wants to share, whatever proven and credible service/tool out there that works now i will consider and look more into it. Thanks
