    I would say that a PR N/A wouldn’t be great. A PR of zero might not be bad as it could be more than a zero. If a page says zero it could actually be much more but you won’t know until the next pagerank update.

    A PR N/A or zero can still rank first page in Google depending on the competition.

    A PageRank of zero isn’t necessarily horrible but there is more to the story. The higher your PageRank the better but having no PageRank doesn’t necessarily mean your site won’t get good positioning in SERP’s. PageRank is one of hundreds of factors taken into account when Google decides which sites show up first in SERP’s for a given query. Also, as mentioned by trade4861, they don’t update it very often.
