Can I use Google Adwords be used to build a list?

My first intention to build a list was to use google Adwords but I came across some searches of folks who were using google to build lists were saying google took their ad down? I want to have an ad that will take the prospect to a page that will offer a free report for providing their email. Will google allow this?

    Yes you can. Make sure your landing page meets their guidelines though. Also, you need to experiment because their quality score system can make adwords quite EXPENSIVE if you don't watch it...

    Yes, you can definitely build your list using Adwords. That being said, I know that Google is not fond of those simple single one page landing pages, and they may stop showing ads on them.

    Just be sure to add additional pages of content on your blog/website.

    Yes: they'll allow links to content-rich pages which also contain an opt-in offering a free report in exchange for an email submission, but they won't allow links to a squeeze page, per se.

    Yes, Adwords will allow you to do it. And if you want to improve your quality score, you just have to type into Google "how to get 10/10 quality score Adwords". If you need help, there are a lot of coaches here at the WF and ppc experts at Elance and Odesk.
