Okay, so this is my first thread. I would not bother creating this thread if I have just found the answer in Google but failed.

Why is that when I search my domain name in Google the title displays Domain.com only and not the actual title instead?

Do you have the name of your site in the title tag and meta description? You can find the title tag in your HTML.

    <title>Your title here</title>.

If any one search for a website then the actual title will not display instead they will show the website name.

As you said that you have placed the domain name in the title tag and you are searching with your domain name in Google. That's why it is showing the domain name in title.

I don't think so. I tried searching other websites with their domain name but their actual <title>Title</title> showed up but in my case it is mydomain.com only.
