repetitive question , google rank dropping

Hi all,
2 days ago I have had a bad experience , my website developaweb.com has beed dropped by google with the most important keywords like Vancouver web design.
I hava checked google webmaster and I had 62 pages duplicate I have fixed all of them one by one , even I have fixed all not found pages.
After changing the template some parameters like ?no_redirect=true have come up and google has considered the main url and the parameters pages are 2 pages ( duplicate content ).
like : developaweb.com/web-design/
developaweb.com/web-design/?no_redirect=true
I have used URL parameter in Google webmaster and chosen " doesn't affect the content ". I did it for Bing as well.
My website had problem with loading speed it took time more than 20sec to start loading and now I think speed is good. and I had a half day down server 3 days ago.
The website template was changed 01/01/2013 and the keyword rank position was 10 on google.ca
Based on my experiences and knowledge I fixed everything but I am not sure.
Would you take a look at my website and let me know what is wrong with the website? I am looking forward to hearing any suggestion or tips.
