PageRank Passing Doubt !!!

If i have home page PR5 and there is 10 links in the sense, will it pass all my linkjuice to that 10 links? If it passes will my page rank down? (Am not getting any backlinks or natural backlinks)

    Your PR5 is an indication of the quantity and quality of the incoming links. I am at a loss to know how you can have a PR5 without incoming links.
    The PR5 will not drop when you place outgoing links. Almost all the linkjuice in your PR5 will split equally to all the pages you link to. Matt Cutts of Google has told us that if all the PageRank linkjuice passed along every link, the PageRank system would effectively implode. This indicates that a proportion of the linkjuice leaving a webpage does not fully pass on to the linked pages.
    SEO SpyGlass seems to remove 15% but I am not sure how this figure has been determined.
