Easy! There are several ways. How about this:

Say you have 10,000 to do.

Open an Excel spreadsheet and put http:// in A1. Drag it down 10,000 lines. Paste your urls in B1 and down.

In C1 type in this formula:

    =concatenate (A1,B2)

Now drag C1 down 10,000 lines. Bingo - now it looks OK, BUT these are forumlae so you cannot copy and paste them. So now you have to make column C NOT be a formula.

So copy column C into column D, but don't paste it normally, right click in D1 and "paste as values".

Then you will have the text values in Column D. Copy and paste the urls to where you want them.

If any of this is unclear Google it and you will find the answer. Or if you are REALLY stuck come back

That's insane. Add to the fact that you have do follow in a sig, and there
is no such thing as dofollow, makes me wonder.

Post millions of urls....good luck with that.

Copy and paste 10,000 into millions? Good luck with that!

How long would it take a human to post millions of urls?
Adding http:// would be the least of ones worries.
