  • Heres my guess. When you deleted the pages google crawled your website and seen that you deleted the content and then your rankings bombed.

This is my first website. When I post all my content on my site (5 post). Within a week I ranked on Google's first page (10th). I had my "latest post" as my home page with all content showing as a preview. However, I wanted to try my main article as a static home page. So when I started to delete pages and post to repost and rearrange them, I BOMBED in ranking. I had to do this over a 2 day period because I work overtime. I think google indexed my site while I was arranging things and possible indexed an incomplete site with broken internal links Do you think this "rearranging " had anything to do with my drop in ranking.
