EMD Versus Brand. Do You Change or Not?

A Few months ago after loosing rankings on one of my websites from the last major Google update I was undecided whether to carry on with the domain and wait it out or change from an EMD to a brand name.
I got a lot of advice from a few members here on the forum who suggested it would be best to go with a new domain with a brand name instead (Thank You).
Anyway I just wanted to share with you one of the benefits I have found from it. As you can see from the image below 20% of all traffic that I recieve now comes direct. In other words it's either bookmarked are people remember the brand name and type in the url. There could be a few other reasons for this but I just wanted to share it with you.
That's an extra 20% of traffic that I might not have had otherwise. Anyway it's something to think about if you are still trying to decide whether to change or not.
