What is a good CTR for adsense on a forum.

I have large adsense squares on the top and bottom of my financial services forum sitewide. Does anyone care to share what I should expect as a click theough ratio for this project. I have just implement the ads today so I don't have reasonable results yet.

Forums tend to be lower in ctr, though financial services tend to have better ctr, so i believe it should hit around 3-5%, thou its more of a wild guess.
