wordpress duplicate content issue - high pr network

Hi I have alot of wordpress blogs on my high pr network.
Because of the way wordpress is structured, I wondered if google would have a problem counting the right link.

When i make a wordpress post it shows up twice or three times on:
RealEstate.com
and also
RealEstate.com, etc.
because of the category, archives, recent posts structure of Wordpress.
Now on my pr blog, only the HOMEPAGE has a high pr rank, the other pages where the post is on don't have any pr. So I wondered if google would count the content on the inner pages and not the home page version, so i would end up with a no PR link!

I did a check to see my links and both homepages and inner wordpress pages have been indexed, But do you guys still recommned to get rid of all category
structure on the side of wordpress just to have the homepage posts only as a safeguard?

    I did not write realestate.com!
    The links should look like:

    Welcome to Home.com
    and
    www.home.com/xxx.html

You can configure a no-index for categories, archives, tags pages etc. with a seo plugin.

Ok... but do you see this a real problem for SEO, Google not indexing a noPR category link instead of the homepage high PR link?

      thanks
