CJ Links 4 Bing/AdCenter? Help

Hey guys . .
Newbie here. . How can I get the links from Commission Junction approved advertisers for a simple PPC Bing Ad?
The research I have gathered seems I can only banner add links to websites I own and have assigned to CJ.
If there is a way to just add a simple affiliate link to put into the destination URL of the Bing Campaign could you please help me?
I know commission junction is the biggest affiliate hub so I'm sure I'm just being dumb.. maybe I need a break lol
