What is your top 10 Social Bookmark site?

I don't think social bookmarking is all that effective anymore to be honest. Sure it'll add some diversity to your link profile, but for the power of the links, personally I wouldn't waste my time..

But many SEO service on the WSO said that social bookmark as one of their service. So, if it doesn't work, then why they still promote it?

Social Bookmarking on sites such as G+, Twitter, DIgg, Diigo, Delicious, StumbleUpon, Reddit, etc. is still effective. The most important thing is you should have some followers who can share your posts. Just getting backlinks from these sites won't help much.

If I guest blog and it is not found after a week or so, should I post a link to that published article on my Facebook page or an image from the post on Pinterest to help Google find it quickly? Does Google follow links on my face book page?

  They gave no-Follow but no-Follow doesn't mean search engines don't crawl it... No-follow means search engines not going to give any power in ranking...

  2nd sharing articles, links on Social networking sites provide direct traffic which gives page a strength and that strength suggest search engines to crawl it...

Facebook links are nofollow. You can share that link on G+ which will help you get some traffic.
