PPC managers/super affiliates

Does anyone have any tips to find PPC managers who work on a performance base?

I have found a few people/small businesses that basically are super affiliates that run the PPC for a site. They pay for the ads, they focus on getting the conversions, and they take a good commission on sales they generate.

I have a business that would partner really well with someone like this, but I have only been able to find a few people that do this. Are there any tips to find more? I would like to talk to as many people as I can before deciding on who to choose to work with.

Hiring an affordable PPC expert is not that easy. Even if you find, they will charge around 100$ / hour which is very expensive. Anyways try searching in SEO forums, freelancer sites where you can spot some one. Once i hired a consultant from kreativepros.com for my ecommerce website and he was very efficient.

There's a possibility that my PPC management and conversion optimization firm would be open to working on some kind of performance basis.

    A few starting questions:
    * What is the product / market?
    * How successful have you been in marketing it?
    * Which PPC or other paid traffic sources have you used for it before?

Feel free to answer by private message if you prefer. Also see the link in my sig.

Finding a performance-based PPC manager is going to be near impossible since many of us have been burned by trying to work on a performance-based or CPA basis.

      I totally agree with Frank.

The only way I would ever take a project like this without any payment upfront or some type of commitment is if I had an extremely good relationship with the person.

Your best bet is to attend as many networking events where people like us hang out and create some relationships.

Nobody with the right skillset to make it worth your time is going to take a deal like that unless they trust you.
