Question Regarding Web 2.0 Properties

Hi All,

I am planning for a backlink building strategy using Web 2.0 Properties. I plan to create quality content on these and then build backlinks for them too.

My question is -

For using web 2.0 properties, I should use any random email id I have or I can go ahead and use my own domain's email ids, names etc.

Will google treat me as a self promoter and penalize if I go for the latter scenario?

  • Better use random email ids and it works great for me.. As long as you use unique and quality content , you will get good results

    I would recommend using good third party email ids i.e gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc.

    Good to be on safer side!
  • Keep posting unique content. Google will soon give preference to your site. Also using different id's would be a great idea.
  • I also think you should use a random email. Be safe than sorry i guess
