What are your thoughts on this reply I just got from Bing?

"Amazon is currently a premium client of ours and has been authorised to use this keyword. Due to the relationship we currently have with amazon their adverts are reviewed in a slightly different way and can sometimes use keywords that other advertisers are not permitted to use."

Does this not seem unfair? I am new to bing but have a lot of experience with adwords, I have never came across this sort of policy before though.
