Content duplication on diffferent geo sites

I just need some advice on this.
So, basically client wants to replicate the same content on different local domain .com .com.au .co.uk etc.
For me since they are targeting different countries this wouldn't be a great issue for content and ranking they are ccTLD. This isn't a duplicate issue or the other websites are devalued as compared to having the same content using TLD only.
But I believe there are good explanation and advices from you out there.
