I manage to acquire a domain via pool and it was unfortunately trasnferred to namesbeyond.com as a registrar. Their forwarding cost $15, not interested to spend such money for something which is free in most registrars.

They didn't seem to have any facility to generate a transfer authorization code in their site and they are not responding through email.

Their live chat is like a robot suggesting just to email them (which does not respond in the first place)

Does anyone know how to deal with such situation.
