    Most definitely subpages. There are few reasons why you'd use a subdomain today, and adding new products definitely would not be one of those reasons.

    You can easily structure your site like this:

    mysite.com
    mysite.com/product1
    mysite.com/product1/somethingaboutproduct1

    Very simple, intuitive structure.

    For me subdomain is more effective than subpages because with the help of the free hosting blogsites that are related to your niche it will create an expansion of your main site's influence and to get reach as much as possible to your target audience.
