Firefox And Chrome

When looking at the search results for the same subject like "Kindle Fire HD" for example on both Chrome and Firefox you would think that they would be the same. But they are not even close, I mean 4 million plus to 143 million. Why is this? This is not just an isolated example either.

Google is not showing the same results. I know this cuz i saw an article on a website, they keep the data on their servers. So when person A searches for "dogs" will get different results. Person B gets different results when seaching for "dogs". hope you understand.
