I wanted to use squeeze template 10 and replace the Ecover downloadable with an image is that possible?, if not can you place an image in any of the other squeeze pages?

That's a paid theme & the seller advertises World Class Support, wouldn't it be a better idea to ask the seller for support/help?

Under the Squeeze Page options, look at Ecover settings. Activate it and then you can put in a URL to the image you want to use.
