Theorycraft adsense site

Okay i got this theory but don't know if it's worth going for it.. stick with me.

Most of the adsense people used to go after micro niche websites with high CPC.
Highest CPC words still are money/lawyers/loans/credit etc.

I am going to discuss a website thats not mine here: givememoneyinfo.com

This website is ranked #6 in google for keyphrase: give me money
The website has 14 visible backlinks in backlinkwatch.
The keyphrase has 20.000.000 (million yes!) searches monthly in the US according to adwords keyword tool.

Theorycraft:
How much traffic you think this website will be getting? If its even 1 of those 20 million, what would such a website earn with proper adsense placement and content? I was thinking about going for other keyphrase with lots of hits and no EMD compeition (exact match domain) and try this out. You guys think it's worth a shot?Any tips/toughts are welcome..

    Who searches for give me money? I can't even come up
    with one good reason to search for that. Not a single one.

    Hey dont blame me, thats what google keyword tool says look it up, perhaps their data is out of date lol. And who cares who searches for it, if you get a million hits a month organic even 0.5% from them clicks on an adsense block thats still more cash then 10 microniche blogs together aint it?

    Local Monthly Searches for "give me money" is around 800 while CPC rate is around $2based on Adwords Keyword Tool.

    This is far less from your initial post expectations therefore its not that great keyword after all

    @makis77 ye you could be right, perhaps the keyword tool is bugged. I enter the dutch google keyword tool, then set target country to US, language to ENG, filter to only low competition. Then i search for the word: money
    Then i make them order by hits from high to low. And "give me money" shows up on the list with 20mil hits lol. I tought this sounds too good to be true lol.
    Anyways, but does the US google keyword tool still show cpc? Ours here doesnt have that function anymore :/

      No offense but I don't get the impression that you know how to use GKT for researching keywords (20 million traffic & competition). Your looking at Adwords competition then trying to use that info. for organic SERP competition, not the same things. I highly doubt your keyword gets very many searches.

    Supereek, you are still missing something.

    You mention nothing about what YOU will do, to make a site!
    No mention of your skill, track record, trustworthiness, link
    building techniques, the PR and authority of your competition,
    nor do you mention "hard work."

    Nothing.

    You are basing your quest on an EMD and ONLY an EMD for crap's sake!

    Sure go for it. The internet is just devoid of sites for people who search
    for give me money.

    I'd sure like to meet the one real person a year who searches for that.
