What is Google Flags Pages?

I would appreciate your efforts if you can help me to define "Google Flags Pages". I read little about it and it created more confusion in my mind. As we say, little knowledge is dangerous for executing anything so i'm keen to make it complete.

Google displays the result with the message "This site may harm for your computer" . The page is called a Google flag page. That indicates when you open the page it will automatically install malicious software in your computer.

MikeFL,

Even I think some dynamic structure of .asp domain like

search.asp?keyword=mysearch

may be counted as Google Flags Pages. I'm still not sure about it. But still i give this point as +1 from my side.
