Hello,

I've got a nice WSO about adsense, however it doesn't cover the basics, and I would like to understand a little better how adsense works

Lets say that I just found a nice keyword that pays a lot per click in ad sense
And I want to create a site optimized for that keyword, I will use a related article and then display the adsense banners and links.

The thing here is, how to configure adsense.

First of all I already have an account that I've used for some of my sites (sites in spanish) but now I will be doing keyword sites in english, do I need to create another account?

Second. Lets say I already have the website ready, I read that adsense automatically select the ads and links to show based on your website content.
How can I be sure that the displayed text links for example are the ones for the keyword I know., is there a way to select the keywords directly?

Third. There are some options in the adsens ad creation site, like making groups and stuff.. should I use that.. or just create the ads withoug setting up all that stuff..

Any basic help with adsense about this is really appreciated!

You said you have a nice WSO on adsense but don't know the basic, how then are you so sure it's nice. Peoples rating should determine the basis of a good product, don't you think so.

I use to sell adsense tips but thinking of jacking up the price to something much higher due to it's value, haven't decided thou might eliminate it completely.

You are sadly mistake about any high CPC keyword.

People bid on your site. It's not the same as search.

Until your site has a little love from advertisers, do not expect
to be making any high click money.

A $10 cpc on search is probably $2.50 on the display network.
But that's for great, established sites with an adsense record.
A bid on your site won't garner that. Maybe 50 cents, leaving you
        about 30 cents per click.

You cannot decide on keywords. What you seriously need to
do, even before an WSO, was to read every page on the google
        adsense help guide.

Each and every answer to your questions are right there.

I would have to agree. For most new sites, expect a low per click of $0.05 - $0.25 for a little while. Google does take it's time before it starts sending your website high paying advertisers.... but it can happen.

A new tablet site I created in November starting off at $0.08, and this month is a bit over $1.00. It does climb, just optimize your website well. The worst thing that can happen is you are in a tight niche and your adsense ads have nothing to do with what your site is about. You want your adsense advertisements to be an "answer" to your question, which is your site.

Is a person searching for widgets? Great... they found your website, now they can read about widgets, and look over there!!!... advertisements about purchasing widgets.
