Am looking to get in to guest posts and at the moment i want to try and feature some articles on my sites from other guest posters.
What is the expected general reword for quest posters ?
A simple do follow link ? back to their site ?
no follow link ?
link plus author details ?

    I would suggest you ask people to provide a post of around 500 words, and provide 1 or2 backlinks(Do-Follow). This will encourage more bloggers and will provide you quality posts.
