Ok so I was checking my external link profile today and my previous data is missing. Until yesterday it showed I had 1000 links and it showed data of homepage and other internal pages

Ok so I was checking my external link profile today and my previous data is missing.
Until yesterday it showed I had 1000 links and it showed data of homepage and other internal pages
Today its showing I only have 66 links and its only showing data for couple of internal pages.
Is it only my website? what is wrong?
