Its a free mass ping service, it looks pretty good. Has anyone tried it?

I have only 1 question. Why do you have to ping a website? If you want your website to be indexed in Search Engines, you should build backlinks to it. But if you ping it, Google will see this as a DOUBLE attempt to get your website there and could even blacklisted the page. If you continue doing this, the whole domain could be blacklisted (again BLACKLISTED, not BANNED!)

Not to ping my website, to ping backlinks after they are created

Pinging your backlinks could also be a dangerous tactic. If you are doing this please ensure they are not all pinged at the same time, from the same IP, etc. Do it gradually and do not ping ALL of the backlinks you create.

Now, I can't say for sure, because only Google would know this, but I believe Googles algorithm is smart enough to determine a backlinking scheme through such factors as ping rates, sources, and dates. It is my belief that pinging all your link at once will basically tell Google that one person has created all those backlinks and they will be discounted or even temporarily hurt your rankings.

I would just focus on creating more high quality links rather than mess around with mass ping services.

Interesting service :? while i still must agree with dadamson and patco about pinging your backlinks, what i found useful about this service is that it does not ping all your backlinks at once with all available services, it pings the URLs only once spinning the keyword and using a different user agent, kinda unique and harmless i might say a good to bookmark one.

Pinging a website is not bad at all if is used with caution. WordPress itself gives you the option to add ping-services to it so that when you post something the server pings those services for you...

I personally use feedburner to make it ping when new article feeds are available but it seems to me that only google is notified and not even all services.

backlinkping though, is kinda different cause it spins the services with your keywords and different user agent, basically it doesn't hit Google in the head in the same spot with the same hammer over and over again

I use bulkping and it is effective too..... but I use these kind of sites when I need it, I don't ping normal post, I give them time to index normally.

Try to use these sort of ping services for tier 2 and 3 back-links, never use them for tier 1 links.

I personally don't like to use any pinging services at all, in most cases it will kill your site reputation... some time ago I've used pingfarm, pingomatic and couple others until one of my sites was "killed" on all tier 1-2-3 back-links and was no coincidence that all those back-links were pinged with those services.

On WordPress though i prefer using the internal ping feature with more than 200 working services and also feedburner's ping shot tool on both site feeds and comment feeds... basically if someone leaves a comments / backlink he doesn't need to use any ping sites at all.

    hope it helps.
