Hello,

I just bought deleted domain, that had several backlinks and DA 50, PA 58. I hope that it will turn into PR3 or PR4.. I have no intention to use this site, but rather I will use this to sell links or smth like that...

Anyway,

1) how much time does it take to get the PR again?
2) should I add some new content on it?

THanks

Did you buy this domain through an auction or just registered it because it is available.

If you just registered it, is the domain still indexed?

I am asking this because things are more unpredictable with re-registered domains.

If you bought it off of somebody.. It looks like they were using a 301 redirect to fake all of that

If you lost it with the recent PR update it's not going to come back for about 4 months and you'll need some High PR links to bring it back

I just registered because it was available and deleted. It's not indexed on Google.. All i'm asking, is this PR will much likely come back in few days OR I should wait for the next PR update.

This is very unpredictable. For one, you do not know whether the domain was banned by Google when it was under the last owner. The most important thing is for it to be indexed again. If it is indexed, PR may come back on the next PR update. However, there is no guarantee this will happen as Google had repeatedly said that they will reset the PR of all deleted domains.
