    How long is a piece of string? We don't have enough information. Also, I'm wondering, if you got a link on the homepage of a PR 7 site, did you get any traffic from it?

    I'd assume that a PR 7 site gets a lot of traffic, so getting a link on the home page of that site should give you both traffic and SEO benefits pretty quickly.

      the pr7 link has over 100,000 links and domain authority 79. my site only a few months old on a 8 year old domain. I have some tough keywords on page 2 and I have about 7000 backlinks to my site. I was just wondering how soon the juice flows from site to site from past experiences. I didn't know if it was like a week or month

    A link on a PR7 page will be indexed almost immediately. It's impossible to say when or even if it will have an impact on your rankings as this is just one link and one factor of many. But my guess would be that whatever benefit you'll get, you'd probably see fairly quickly.
