Scrapebox is still working, however you need to be aware, of where do you post and from which IP address. If you do it carefully it could not harm your website in my opinion.

    yep, still works just fine

what works best nowadays is to create high pr/authority comments to your money site directly and the regular commens spam to 2nd tier sites..

Scrapebox still works but you just need to be extra careful on some of its functions to avoid getting red card... hehe

Just use SB to locate quality posts. Then manually comment on them. Otherwise, those 20-35 comments a day are probably going to be sitting on pages that are PR N/A & spammed to death. (Any blog that automatically approves comments is going to be filled with hundreds of junky comments.)

I wouldn't even consider using scrapebox in 2013.

there are so many other functions to scrapebox other than the comment posting feature. OP, use it to harvest high PR blogs, and 20 to 30 manual comments won't hurt you. just make sure you continue this process, and don't waiver through any 'dances'.

Of course it works. Its all about how you use it.

Since you just got a license, the first thing you should learn is how to scrape lots of keywords.

What I usually do is put my keyword into googles keyword tool, to find 100 relevant keyword phrases. Then I copy and paste that list into scrapebox (google will find you more diverse keywords), and have it harvest. Then I take the harvested list, and harvest for all the keywords it finds (one more time). Then I remove duplicates. Then I wind up with thousands of relevant keywords, which I harvest urls for.

Afterwards, I check them all for page rank.

Then I save a txt document so I always have that list by my side (otherwise you'll have to scrape and check pr every time you want to post).

What I usually do, is divide the list into 2 more lists. I open it up, delete all low pr urls, and save the high pr ones in a new list. Then I open the list again, delete all high pr urls, and save all the low pr ones.

Then I use the high pr list for manual commenting and linking straight to my money site.

The low pr list I blast to my 2nd tier.

And thats basically how I use scrapebox. =]

It would be harmful if you build the backlinks to your MAIN website. By the way, use web2.0 and these backlinks would be really helpful if done correctly...

Scrape box does tons of work like:

    1. Scraping
    2. Checking fake PR.
    3. Proxy verification
    4. Back link analysis
    5. Mal-ware detector
    6. And many, many more..

    It's not necessarily for spamming..

You can try gscraper , it was free for 3 days today I think is the last one. It like 1000 times faster than scapebox. It does not have that many functions, however you do not need use of functions in scrapebox anyway.

    But both software still work.

    Hello,

I am wondering if Scrapbox still works with Google's new non-HTML results. The results are a garbled mess of .js and other nonsense.

    Am very curious

Scrapebox still scrapes Google just fine.

I use Scrapebox for scraping and finding unique niche websites, so I can manually comment. I stopped using ScrapeBox for wordpress commending on my moneysite quite awhile ago.

Some of the add-ons are cool such as the Image Scraper. BTW that really comes in handy for very quick video creation!

Smart move and you should also follow this if you purchase SB

the guys over in scrapebox need to tell the rest of the world this is no longer a valid way of getting backlinks and disable this

how many valid blogs out there will be foolish enough to allow automatic commenting

everyday most blogs get hammered by idiots with bogus comments not even related or giving any value to the original post

a fishing blog getting heavily commented by hand bag peddlers with no value other than their own agenda

      when will this nonsense stop

seems to me the owners of SB need revamp this strategy and get the word out

random blog commenting is no longer valid

scrapebox is for WAY more than just blog commenting. So yes, it still works. Is it a good idea to spam blogs with comments in 2015? No.
