No, I had got success over there on hiring SEO guys to work on (when I get overloaded with the projects) - But of course, I know there are spamming guys, but I used to ask questions on private messages and get clarifications before select. I am sure there are lots and lots of real hardworking guys, specially on Freelancer.com - I would recommend it.

I hired a lot of people on Fiverr. Everyone did a great job and I was happy with results. I ordered SEO of my blog. The results were quite good. My new blog has moved to page 2 in the search after a few weeks (in low competitive niche). The problem is that for a few dollars you don't get many quality links. It is better to hire a good SEO company or people here on the warrior forum.

If you are hiring unseen, you have to get clever.

So if you want someone thorough (an accountant) write paragraphs and include three things you want them to do in those paragraphs. Then add the usual spiel at the end. Anybody who just pops back their CV and motivation don't get the job. Because they skim-read the ad and didn't read what you really wanted them to do - and that was to do something else.

And so on ... oh, and it's great fun working out what tasks they have to do!
