Microsoft Adcenter Slap?

I checked to make sure there was no other thread on this issue, I spend a lot with adcenter and I have close to 100 ad groups currently running with them.
Anyway during my daily review yesterday I noticed that I only had about 2 clicks and no sales which has not happened for some years now, anyway I thought it was a glitch and then the same thing happened today, on further inspection I noticed they have given all my ads a quality score of 1/10 basically pushing it to last in the search results because of poor landing pages.
Has this happened to anyone recently and what did you do? the last time this happened to me was with Adwords and lets just say it didn't end well. I have tried to tweak some of the campaigns to see if that will help but I have had some of these campaigns since 2008 and its a huge chunk of my online income.
