Second AdSense Account

I want to set up a 2nd adSense account, so I am diversified in the event my account gets penalized or something, now that I've set up a YouTube channel and am worried about it with all the false "matched content" claims that are popping up.

So to set up a 2nd adSense account do I need a 2nd bank account, or can i have to AdSense accounts on the same bank account?

  • You need a whole different identity for another adsense account. They really don't like people having multiple ones. They have your ssn, address, and other information so it would be hard to fake.

    The only way around it really is to use a corporation, as it technically counts as a person. While this is possible it is also kind of in a grey area.

    Unless you are violating the Terms of Service you really shouldn't be too worried about getting banned though. Make sure you understand exactly what the terms say and stick to them! Then you'll be fine.
