Because of BreadCrumbs Google not Ranking Article

Friends I am having one issue that when I am searching article on Google it is showing my breadcrumbs in result.
As per Google guidelines Keyword must be in title as well as in url.
But because of this issue my keyword is not coming in title as in search results.
Here is screenshot.
I am using genesis framework on my blog and noticed this problem today as my traffic from search engine decreased from last few days.
Please suggest me is it good to have breadcrumbs or not?
and what are the solutions to get rid of this issue.
