Today I got my adsense account verified Using Bank statement.
I October 2012 my income crossed $10. And my first pin was generated and sent to me. I never received it. So I asked for 2nd, and 3rd pin similarly. But i never got my pin to remove holds from my account.
In mean while i worked hard and was able to collect 750 plus usd in few months. Especially my traffic and income was boosted from January 2013 onward. But i was worried that i had not received my PIN till February 18. On 18 February i came to know that google has stopped showing ads. And i was on verge of losing all money i had in my account. And I dont know what would happen to my adsense account. I had to do something.
I Read google docs carefully and on page Where you have to submit PIN had an option to submit form and send some proof (Government ID, Utility Bill OR bank statement) for your address verification. I sent my last e-statement that my bank sends me monthly at my email. And my account was verified within 3 hours of sending my document. Thank GOD i am satisfied now that i saved my account and my money that i was able to earn in last few months.

    @Funtler: I am facing same problem. More than two months have passed since I received Google's intimation about having sent my pin, but I have not received pin so far.

    After reading your post, I checked the page where I have to confirm my pin, but I did not find the options to submit form and send some proof (Government ID, Utility Bill OR bank statement) for my address verification.

    I am getting concerned now. Can some body help me out in locating the options which Funtler is talking about or give me some suggestions how to resolve this problem.

      Why not just send the big G an email or give them a call, I'm sure you're not the first to run into these problems and I'm sure they'll be willing to help.
