One website with different pages and anchor texts

As it is known that 1 backlink counts as 1 vote for your website. Let's say there is one website and obviously that website has many inner pages. And let's say we have 6 different keywords linking to 3 different pages to our website. Example 2 keywords for a homepage and the rest 4 for 2 different inner pages.

Let's say we put all keywords on the same page on that website from which we want to get backlinks from.

Now probably to put all at one page isn't a good idea, but what if we put 1 keyword on each different page of that website. Does it counts as 1 vote for each keyword, even if it's from the same main domain, just from the different pages of that domain?

In the beginning I want to remind you about the First link priority rule - it says that if on page A you have 2 links to page B with anchortext1 and anchortext2, only anchortext1 is taken into consideration and anchortext2 is ignored.
So it is useless on the same page to link to another with 2 or more different URLs

Now back to your question: In calculating the "votes" - the value of backlinks to a page are taking into consideration the number of different pages linking in and also the number of domains linking in.

So, a best case scenario is to have backlinks from different pages from different domains.

In your case I would go with using different pages for each keyword you target.

      So basically let's say this:

I put 1 link to my websites homepage with keyword anchor text on this page - domain.com/innerpage1
I put 1 link to my websites random inner page with keyword anchor text to this page - domain.com/innerpage2
I put 1 link to my websites random inner page (different than on "innerpage2) with my keyword anchor text to this page - domain.com/innerpage3

Basically i get backlinks/votes from the same root domain, just different inner pages on that root domain.

That means i get 1 backlink/vote for each keyword?

        Yes, in essence yes.

There are so many things in the mix, it can't be a simple answer.

I would rather have 3 links on one page with high PR, than 500 links
on 500 pages, domains(?) with PR n/a.

Makes no difference about different domains.

And anchor text? Man you people keep mixing that up to even
stranger levels. I mean like Narnia levels.

I won't put all words on the same page. Targeting mostly 2-3 keywords per page is what I do. It really helps.

Also, try to make it natural, it should look natural to Google too.
