Any good ones? i tried some who even ranked on the first page, but not sure which ones are really good, because one shows that i am on 5th place by particular keyword, another shows that i am not even in top 100...

Any really good alternatives to googlerankings?

If you want to know your actual SERP then do this:

    Simply Go to :

    https://adwords.google.com/d/AdPreview/

Set your parameters & search your keyword. See where your keyword stand.

    What tool are you using?

Have you tried clearing your cache and DNS server and search manually?

SEO powersuite and SEMRush are good tools to get your feet wet.

It looks like SEO Powersuite can go 1000 deep if you set it to 1000. Many of the rank trackers go only 100 deep. I found SerpFox that goes 500. It's an online thing.

To me, 100 is barely worth it. I want to see the words climb out of obscurity. Anything in the top 100 is kind of at the end of the race. And the top 10 is crossing the finish line.

The only one I found that does 1000 is SEO Powersuite. I guess there is a trial, but I'm having a hard time coughing up $250.

Actually, there was another one, SerpTracker I think it was, that said "1000 pages" and the website was a thrown-together mess, so I ignored it. Hmmm.

SerpFox goes 500 deep and is my next pick. Their free account tracks only 10 words. The trouble is, it jumps up to $10/month for only 50 words. That seems too high to me. How about like $4?. Then for $24 you get 200 words, but I'm sure I'll use up 200 and want more, and then I'd wish I just plunked down the $250. And there are little things holding me back from SerpFox. Like if you could expand ALL charts with a click instead of clicking one EACH chart icon.

Long Tail Pro goes 500 deep and is only $100 once, but any app you run on your PC is going to take hours and hours if you don't have a bank of proxies. And LTP has a habit of freezing up on me too, all the results over 10 - 20 hours get lost and I have to start the thing all over again! Ugh!

I guess I've just talked myself into SEO Powersuite. $250 once, with yearly maintenance (optional, I guess) of $150/yr. Being a local app, it should allow unlimited keywords and domains. Like LongTailPro it's going to take like 45 minutes per word but hopefully SEO PS doesn't freeze up. SEO PS, I think, can use a bank of proxies too. If I ever start making solid cash on the internet, I'll probably rent some proxy space, too, then. In their video, SEO PS takes like 30 seconds per word with a bank of proxies.

Really often such 100 deep investigation is enough! If you are looking for your rankings, then you should be in the first 1-3 pages, then 1000 is not even worth the time to investigate
